Every engagement is governed by a project-specific agreement so scope, delivery, and responsibilities stay explicit.

Austin Coders provides web development, mobile app development, AI integration, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Phase 02

In Brief

We define deliverables, constraints, and working assumptions early so execution stays aligned with the actual business goal.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use generic components.

3. Payment Terms

Phase 03
Payment terms, including milestones and amounts, are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in paused work until settled.

4. Limitation of Liability

Misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity can immediately suspend access in order to protect our systems and team.

Austin Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

5. Termination

In Brief

If priorities change, we rely on written notice, completed-work accounting, and a professional exit process.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
