Scaling a Legacy Storefront for Peak-Season Traffic

Problem

The client's legacy storefront couldn't handle peak-season traffic. Checkout was clunky, inventory was out of sync, and conversion was bleeding.

Our Approach

We audited the existing stack, identified bottlenecks, rebuilt the frontend with Next.js SSR, integrated Stripe for payments, and shipped an inventory sync pipeline backed by PostgreSQL.

Tech Stack

Next.jsTypeScriptStripePostgreSQLTailwind CSSVercel

Results

40% conversion lift within 30 days of launch

60% faster page-load performance (LCP: 1.2s)

Zero downtime during Black Friday traffic peak

$2M+ monthly GMV processed through the new stack

Eliminating Patient No-Shows with HIPAA-Compliant Telehealth

Problem

Patient no-show rates were 25%+, remote consultations had no reliable infrastructure, and the clinical team had zero visibility into appointment patterns.

Our Approach

We built a HIPAA-compliant patient-facing platform with appointment booking, video consultations, automated reminders, and a real-time analytics dashboard for the clinical team.

Tech Stack

ReactNestJSPostgreSQLWebRTCTwilioSupabase

Results

35% drop in patient no-shows after automated reminders

50K+ remote consultations facilitated in 6 months

4.8-star patient satisfaction rating

Clinical team response time reduced by 40%

Automating Tier-1 Support with a RAG-Powered AI Agent

Problem

The support team was buried in repetitive tier-1 tickets. Average response time was 4+ hours, knowledge was scattered across Notion, Confluence, and Slack, and agent burnout was climbing.

Our Approach

We implemented a RAG-powered support agent with GPT-4, built a vector search pipeline over existing docs, added context memory for multi-turn conversations, and designed clean human escalation paths.

Results

70% of tier-1 queries automated within 4 weeks

Response time dropped from 4 hours to under 30 seconds

$200K annual support cost savings

Human escalation rate held below 15%
